Is it possible to integrate jQuery mobile into an already established pc web site?

Is it possible to integrate jQuery mobile into an already established pc
web site?

Am interested in integrating jQuery Mobile into a microsite that is
already established for desktop/laptop pc browsers. Do I have to create
another mobile-friendly site that has jQuery Mobile on it and than
redirect mobile platforms to that site, or can I link jQuery mobile into
the, already established, pc browser site and have 1 site for both
platforms?
What would be the best solution to do this if this is even possible?
